We've committed $2,500 to the TOBY Awards to honor people, not just properties. We also recently donated $1,000 to the PMA Fellowship Program, a newly formed effort designed to mentor aspiring property management professionals.

We supported Richard Lashley of Twin Towers when he rode 350 miles
to help get rid of AIDS.
Richard, a property manager, did his part, and so did we, with a $250 contribution to help find a cure. Here's Richard in front of the Capitol after completing his ride.

Since 1996, we've been a leader of the AOBA Scholarship Program.
Along with other members of the property management industry, we have been recognized for our leadership in developing and supporting a national model that pays college costs for motivated, deserving and needy students at Prince George's Community College. To date, over $262,000 has been raised to support 44 scholars.
