Longer lamp life
Indoor LED lamps are rated for 25,000 to 50,000 hours or more, depending on the lamp type, which is often twice as long as fluorescent lamps (10,000 to 35,000 hours for comparable models). LED exterior site lighting has a wide range of life spans, generally 50,000 to more than 200,000 theoretical L70 lifespan hours (70% of initial light output), compared to HID lamps' 6,000 to 28,000 hours.
Reduced maintenance
Longer lamp life translates into greatly reduced maintenance frequency. Less time with burned-out lamps reduces potential sight and security concerns.
Cash Incentives
Utility company and public-benefit energy efficiency programs provide financial incentives to companies for purchasing LED lighting instead of less efficient varieties. These demand-management programs exist to help avoid the need to build more electricity generation plants and to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Quality of light
LED lighting produces a more even distribution of lighting than many traditional lighting sources. Products qualified as Energy Star or DLC are proven to have reliable energy efficiency and technical specifications (however, note that there are a few product categories for which standards have not been possible, such as PL lamps).

Long warranty
Most manufacturers provide a 3 year warranty on indoor LED bulbs, at least a 5 year warranty on indoor LED fixtures, and 5 years on exterior products. If a lamp fails within the warranty period we will replace it. Simply remove it and give us a call.
Environmental and human health benefits
LED lamps are mercury-free and do not require special disposal as hazardous waste, unlike fluorescent and high intensity discharge (HID) lamps. Mercury is toxic to the human body and environment. The general public has become aware of these issues. Demonstrating a concern for health and the environment is good business.
